Hello

We give Youth that have aged- out of foster care the God given right to be successful. They are not to be discounted. I do not know what it is like for them to have gone through what they encountered. I only know that if I'm not help give or get them a chance to show the world they count. Then I'm not doing Gods Work.

My Story

Hello, my name is Brandy Alexander,
I am a proud mother of five beautiful children and a wife to a wonderful husband. I grew up in heart of Fort Worth, Texas, where I still live today.

Being the oldest of thirteen, I naturally became a caretaker early in life, and that role shaped who I am.

For over 30 years, I have worked as a hairstylist owning my own business. Behind the chair, I’ve had the privilege of meeting people from all walks of life. Those conversations opened my heart even more, especially to the struggles faced by young people in the foster care system.

After gaining custody of my niece and nephew, I went to God and told Him that since He had allowed me to pursue what I wanted, I now wanted to work for Him. That moment changed my path—I found my calling. With a big heart and a lifelong passion for helping others, the vision for Moma’s House of Hope was born.

Though the vision was just a thought on paper, My Mother Alfreda Gross was the person that pushed me into pursing this dream and is the support system vision. Her Home is the breaking ground of Moma's House of Hope this is how its name about.

As an experience stylist. Over the years, I met so many young adults who had aged out of foster care with no direction, no support, and nowhere to go. I knew something had to change. Moma’s House of Hope is my way of giving them a stable foundation, guidance, and the love they deserve.
