Refund Policy

Our Policy As Is

Refunds will only be issued in the event of an error on our part or is an event or workshop is officially canceled by our organization.

We value the trust of our attendees and strive to ensure clarity and fairness in all ticketed activities. Please review the following terms:

1. Event Cancellation

Please allow 7-10 business days.

2. Organizational Error

Duplicate charge, or ticketing mistake made by our organization, a full refund will be issued once verified.

3 No Refunds for Any Other Reason

a.Change of personal schedule

b. Failure to attend

c. Misunderstanding of event details

d. Dissatisfaction with content, speakers, or experence

All Donations are final as it is for a cause.

There is a fee 50% of donation for refunding. And can not be retuurned any later than 3 business days.
